I needed a few supplies from Holland & Barrett, but our local store is only small, so they don’t have much choice. I decided to shop online, especially so I could take advantage of a wider range of products and their January sale.

This is a new product for me; I ordered both the day and the night cream every little helps but the lid on this jar was smashed when it arrived today. Bad times :-(

Customer services hung up on me (3 times!) when I tried to call them, so I’ve had to send an email instead.
I don’t have another lid the same size, so can’t swap it. Plus, unlike the usual cream I buy, there’s no foil seal on the jar, so I’m not keen to use something that may be contaminated.
I can see Mr A having to taking it back to our local shop, which defeats the whole object of shopping online and risks them not having a replacement in stock :-/
