Pie eyed

We had some cheese leftover from Christmas, so what better way to use it than make a cheese & onion pie.

Mr A wanted our initials on the top, I was happy to oblige!

It was rather yummy; a puff pastry crust seasoned with sea salt, cracked black pepper and rosemary.

The best bit? There’s leftovers for my lunch tomorrow ;-)
