Home Grown

Sleet and slush dominated today. Good to start with a session of Pilates. 

With youngest sons birthday looming on the horizon I spent some time researching changing robes for open air swimming. Think I have found a U.K. company that produces a good quality product at a competitive price. 

Had a indoor turbo session on my bike. Whilst I prefer the great outdoors being able to keep dry and safe indoors has its attractions. Enjoyed a trip to New York without leaving home!

Spotted this in our back yard doing well despite  being left to its own devices.
