Attention!

A trip to York to pick up a top which formed part of my Christmas present from my brother. The weather was dreadful so a good day for staying undercover. This was outside the shopping centre so Blip sorted.

Fortunately the wet passed over by afternoon so I could get out for a short run. This evening Tom is preparing to return to Sheffield. My task was to show him how to change the inner tubes on his bike. His ankle is making progress so have given him a few tips on how to rehabilitate it. 

Back to just the two of us. The house always seems very quiet after a family visit
