Walk in the park

People are getting fined for driving 5 miles in order to take a walk in the park.  I can't see how that is a COVID-19 risk.  When there are idiots around still having house-parties, it seems wrong to be picking on ordinary people for trying to take exercise with good social distancing.  Our long daily walk is an hour and a half round trip at a fairly brisk pace, so about 5 miles, but we are never more than a couple of miles from home. I think that would be defined as local and within the rules.  The play park had a few kids in it today, so I focused on detail instead of taking a wide shot.
