Saturday Sunrise

It was a struggle to get out of a cosy bed at 0520 this morning, but by the time I had arrived at Swanston Village on the outskirts of Edinburgh and started the venture into the snowy hills, I knew it would be worth it.

Set off in the dark but slowly the light appeared.

And with the combination off the beautiful sunrise and the colours dancing of the snow covered hills, it was well and truly worth it!!
