The Solitary Life

I am beginning to recognise every snowy tussock on the Meadows as I tramp round and round for my daily exercise. The walking there is safe underfoot as are the immediate roads but I haven’t tested anywhere further afield.

Having spent the large part of the day incommunicado with the rest of the world, a friend FaceTimed me and we had a wonderful blether which cheered me up. I can do so much of this solitary life, but sometimes I need a bit of input from another human. Thank you Mary!.
