Frost

A friends comment on a Facebook post last night led to a plan for a walk up to Northcliffe assuming it wasn't too icy underfoot. Thankfully even at about -5 the pavements were crunchy but not slippy so we had a lovely hour wandering through the woods and across the meadow chatting and photographing.

The morning was every bit as lovely as expected, and much the best part of the day. Fitting in some cleaning and tidying this afternoon which I've been avoiding this week whilst the kids are trying to study. I'm missing my jobs time first thing when they head off to school!
