A family walk

Up at 3 to let Phin run into the garden to do his business - we really need to get to the bottom
(Haha) of what is causing his nocturnal trips to the doggy toilet! Fortunately I managed to get back to sleep quite easily.

Took the opportunity to tidy out the utility room whilst Phin spent the morning with Miss PHL in her room. It’s amazing how much rubbish accumulates in a tiny room!

Quick bite of lunch and we got kitted up in wellies and warm clothes and headed to the country park. It was Miss PHL’s first trip out of the house since coming home on December 23rd. Paths through the woods were a little more icy than I’d hoped but we all managed to keep our footing. Phin had so much fun in the snow and met several other puppies. The cafe was even open for takeaway coffee! Home to make 2 of my remaining 3 granny squares before fajitas for dinner.

Think we’ve broken the puppy as he has crashed out on the floor in front of the tv!
