Amazing book

If you are looking for inspiration for portraiture, I highly recommend this book. Heisler goes through his thinking about how he photographed his subject and his approach is very interesting. This isn’t about technique or equipment but about connecting with the subject.

I liked how a sliver of the sun hit the book cover just right, so that the powerful portrait almost leaps off the page :)
