Sun caressed River Forth..

Before heading off for what I hope is a sun filled Lanarkshire, a quick shot from our front garden looking across the Forth, is today's encouraging Blip. The sun is out, and if still a bit chilly, it is decidedly warmer than yesterday.

The sun indeed has helped deliver a blue sea, blue sky and some haze, even although it seems a bit of an exaggeration to call it a heat haze.

On the far side is the coast line just east of Edinburgh, and also in the picture is one of the many ships that sail regularly up and down the River Forth.

I hope the sun is out for you wherever you venture today.
