And turns to dust...
So the fate of the old Nairn's building is well and truly settled. In previous Blips I have captured the building prior to demolition commencing, and then part way through day one of the demolition itself. This is the result.
The stretch of rubble, a good ten feet high, stretches along Victoria Road for well over 100 yards. Many hundreds of tons of rubble await clearing.
Today the last crane used in the demolition was taken away, and I presume new equipment will be arriving to start the task of clearing the site.
