Watch your step

A short walk around town today as it's icy almost everywhere as the snow has compacted or melted and frozen again. The ice along our garden wall looks like a shiny ribbon. The scents of the mahonia and Christmas box were noticeable as it's a bit warmer today. Some bulb shoots are now appearing and one snowdrop is almost in flower. Something to look forward to.
