A change in the weather today, all the ice and snow gone and in its place, warmth (comparatively) and wet. Undeterred, we have been out walking, and here are Joanna and Jess on a quick lunchtime stroll around Dunscore.

The bridge on the left, over the Cairn Water, is the Dalgonar Bridge, built in 1818. While looking up its history, I came across this blog post and now I will have to go back to look for the author’s initials :-)
