Turbulence

My anxiety levels are ramped up pretty high at the moment and I’m hunkering down at home as much as possible, but I did venture out for a walk this morning, and I think the buffeting I got from the wind did me some good.

The waves in the Mersey estuary were pretty exhilarating too!
