Tilapia

Tilapia for tea tonight - a new venture for us, but it was delicious roasted with a little garlic, lemon and bayleaf.   

I expect tilapia and a tipple would have been even nicer, but it's dry January and I don't normally give up until well into week 3, so standards must be maintained.
