Work Lunch

I put in some long days to account for my 3 1/2 day workweek. I believe it’s worth it though to have a 3 1/2 day weekend! I often eat lunch at my desk, stopping only briefly to check emails or browse Blipfoto. It’s usually last nights leftovers, but offers a quick alternative that’s relatively better for me than fast food.

Today’s meal: roasted root vegetables over white rice with a balsamic reduction. (very delicious)
