Keeping busy...

I’m not sure I have settled into this lockdown quite as well as I did the first one. I think the difference is the weather. I spent a lot of time in the garden previously. That’s not possible at the moment. My default activity seems to be in the kitchen. However I saw Rick Stein make Briam last night so made one of those and now the freezer is full. So today I used the Bergamot lemons that were in the fruit bowl to make a lemon syrup. Apparently it goes very well with gin. I’ll keep you posted.
