Good supervision

I went into the meeting primarily just looking for confirmation that the structure I had was worth starting to fill with words. I got that confirmation so all is well.

It was also nice for Matthew to commend the email I sent a few days earlier, where I essentially told them I was proud of the pace I was working, wasn’t going to start putting pressure on myself to pick up the pace to meet an upcoming deadline, and that if I missed it I missed it. I’m trying very hard to break any student-teacher vibes that a supervisor relationship might sometimes lean towards and just be honest with them.

The end of season two of Schitt’s Creek was pure joy and a lovely way to end the evening.
