Pink and orange

Nearly 2 years ago I had 3 Echinacea plants all a orange-red colour. I lost one during fruit tree planting and a yellow echinacea replaced it.

This year I have many echinaceas a variety of colours from cross pollination and self-seeding.

Reds, pinks, yellows, oranges, and this magnificent orange and pink combination. Something to cheer me up as a horrible northerly wind belts us indoors.

Today's gratitude: For being sufficiently myself to have a friend over for dinner tonight.
