Early Walker....

Kiwi Summer... I was up early to walk up the back road to the Kaiteriteri Forest sign and back. A man was walking his boxer dog along the beach front while a couple sat drinking coffee and watching the sky. There was a bank of clouds in the far distance on the other side of Tasman Bay. The rain started as I walked. Luckily I had an umbrella. We had some very heavy rain during the morning. We drove in to Motueka for lunch at “Toad Hall”. Great food. The place was packed with diners. Afterwards we visited Hannah and Alex at Marahau on our way back to Kaiteriteri.
