Almost Up Up and Away!

This Paraglider was having all sorts of trouble getting off the ground at Mt Blackheath today.  We watched him have several unsuccessful attempts and on his last effort he ended coming towards us and crashing into a huge bush.  Certainly not a sport for the feint hearted.

I mentioned the Lemon Zatar Chicken dish that I was cooking last night and true to my word I’m adding an extra image tonight of the finished dish. Honestly it was just wonderful and I will certainly be cooking it again.  I hope you enjoy :)
