Happy dog

Coda was so happy when I found a stick to throw this morning. She wouldn't let me stop!
Not too sure re the beach restrictions - I was standing on a small beach, also on rocks, but not swimming!! I'm sure it's only larger beach areas that are no- gos! And I was the only person there!!
A quiet Sunday - my sister came for lunch and we had Impala casserole - very tasty
Now to read my book.
