exercise for legs and brain

I am grateful that Laney motivates me to get up and out every morning. We are having beautiful blue skies ahead of a forecasted snow storm.
I saw a lovely Junco in this tree, but it flew off before I could snap. Then I noticed this Sparrow tucked in at the top. I've spent some time going through my books to identify what kind of sparrow it is, but am still not sure. My best guess is a juvenile White-crowned. Let me know what you think it is.
