Notes: Not a lot of sleep as I was awake until near midnight and then awake again just before 5a. Waited until dawn and went for a run and then right out to beach for some sand - so many shells had come in and got one cool one and a big abalone to burn some sage in. Another day of taking in lots of info, made a big pan of egg/tofu/mushrooms w/ some sausage for breakfast. Worked a little on Mod 9 of my CMS class as well.
