Notes: Was awakened at 345a from the Sheriff's office looking for the guy down the hall. Tried for awhile but never could go back to sleep. My friend One-Wheel Steve (lives in S Pasadena) arrived ~1045a with a power drill to help me re-attach shelf (has been down over a month) with the 2 brackets I have into the studs Ed marked. Was a huge part of the day and getting cleaned up and place tidied a bit more. More news watching and never did get a nap.
