Who Needs Banksy

Standout artwork on the gable of a brick building on Dominion Road.
I saw it yesterday when I passed by in the car so went back tonight to take a photograph.
It is dated 2020, but must be towards the end of the year as I don't remember seeing this before.
Whoever did this has skills. Impressed.
