Rat Shack?

this used to be an IHOP. I ate there as a kid with my grandparents, I had the giant waffle with strawberries and a mountain of whip cream.
Now it's Molly's. I don't know what that is on the sign. We have been debating the matter for 5 years now. A dog? A small rodent? I choose the later. It's a rodent of some sort.
Needless to say, I have not been back.
