Ain't No Sunshine Anymore

I suppose I should check back, but my memory of winters passed is of bright sunshine every day interspersed by snow days once a week or so. Not this year, it's been very drab and uninspiring.

There had been some wet precipitation overnight leaving small depressions in the snow, which was crusty to walk on, in places holding my weight, others not.

Across the lake a break in the cloud briefly let through a bit of light providing some interest in the sky at least.
