Savory Cooking Today....!!!

A kind of a ‘use everything up’ job really....but if you want to be posh a Frittata...or I think of it as a crustless quiche.....anyway whatever you want to call it ....it was delicious...I’ve put half of it in the freezer as Neven says you can..! Not sure how that’ll go but we’ll see...!!
I’ll add the recipe for those who would like to see what I used...but you don’t really need a recipe for this one as it’s one of the easiest meals there is...!

Both myself and hubby (he’s had an horrendous few days with sinus infection too) are feeling a bit better today and if a doctor who I heard interviewed on radio this morning is anything to go by .....it would appears both of us could have Covid...!!!! Apparently there are all kinds of different symptoms showing up with the new variant that is now dominant here..
I just turned it off...talk about scary..!!
I can’t take much more of it...!! It’s wrecking my head now...I’m even afraid to go shopping this week...!

I’m also adding a photo in my extras that Google Photos has just randomly thrown up today saying I took this ...this day 6 years ago....I’m not going to say much as I’m still heartbroken (as those who are with me on Blip a long time)! will know at the loss of my Kittyboy...and this wasn’t long before he died...
