Not Already......!!

Yesssss....loads of Easter Eggs in our ‘big’ Tesco shop...where we did a late night shop last night and I bought this ‘haul’ for my baking sprees...!
You might wonder at the Mini Eggs but I decided to buy these early as I’ve found out over the last 2 years they sell very quickly and looking for them Easter week to decorate cakes or buns is pointless..all gone!!
So I’m going to buy a few bags each week..
However, today I didn’t feel good at all...I did an Antigen test which thankfully was negative but took it easy all day as I had no energy and just wanted to sleep..
I had plans to bake a Quiche and a Tarte Tatin as my friend was to visit but we put it off til another day..
