Freezing

A really cold day with thick ice especially on the car so we had to wait a while for it to melt and to warm up. We went to the Farm shop to top up the veg and fruit.They were selling soup so we bought two cups and some bread. We sat in the carpark in the car to drink it but went down to North Kessock when it got busy. We were hoping to get some pies from the Spar shop but they did not have any.
We spotted an otter and watched it fishing and climbing out to eat it’s catch. A hooded crow kept trying to snatch a bite.
Lovely views down the Firth to the snow covered mountains.The roads were covered in black ice and the gritters had not been out so it was a careful drive back.
My Auntie Jean phoned , she’s having her Covid vaccine on Saturday.
Watched a couple more episodes of Finding Alice and Bridgerton .
