Tea Tree and peppermint foot pack

My Granddaughter Kirsty gave them to me the other day when we called for some things. she said they make her feet feel lovely, so going to give it a try, apparently you put them on like socks and leave for 20 mins then take off and rub any remaining cream into the foot. I will tell you the outcome when I do it this weekend.

Watched the inauguration of Joe Biden this afternoon. Very Interesting.

Yippee good news, we have made our covid-19 vaccine appointments, we were only half an hour between Paula doing hers and me doing mine but the appointments were moving so fast mine is 2 days after hers. She is a week on Friday and mine on the Sunday, and the 2nd dose in April again 2 days apart. Unfortunately we have to go to the centre at Askam Bar,  York which is about 20 miles away. Never mind at least we have got the appointment now.
When I told Kirsty she said good I will be coming to see you then in April.

More good news was Marks Covid test was negative that was such a relief.

I feel better all round now, except it's snowing again and quite heavy although at the moment not settling, will see tomorrow what it is like.

It rained on and off today and as usual the road to Castleford, Barnsdale Road, is now flooded, the problem is the fields either side are flood catchment fields which saves both Castleford and Allerton Bywater from flooding, the road happens to get in the way but only the used car dealer is at risk and when the river starts to rise he just moves his cars to higher ground. Castleford is the meeting point of the Rivers Aire and Calder so when they are in flood it gets bad down Barnsdale Road. The idiots do try and go through it and have to be rescued then the water skiers are out on it too. It will be like that for a day or two till the water levels go down, Unfortunately the busses have to do a 10 mile detour.

Thats it for now folks
