2216. Pearl January 21

I know these were a gift and I think my sister bought me them but I’ve forgotten and that’s not like me! I must check with her when we FaceTime at the weekend!

I’m feeling much better this morning but woke up in pain with my back...when I sleep well I tend not to move so much and then I suffer because I haven’t shifted my sleeping position...I can’t win..a good night’s sleep but wake up with back pain...but a couple of paracetamol and a little moving around and it’s now feeling so much better.

Not doing too much today...a bit of food shopping and that’s it I think...not as cold today but a bit more snow...
