A phone conversation with the doc revealed that another doctor at the practice had recorded her phone conversation with, and diagnosis of, a different patient on my records!

A phone conversation with the vets revealed that the bill I’d paid included medicines that hadn’t been given to Toff!

Received a letter from pension people stating the exact opposite of what I was told last week! Now waiting on a phone call to do battle on that front, as well as with the council. Keeping fingers, toes and everything possible crossed that today’s appeal to the Ombudsman will offer some glimmer of hope.

Am starting to think that the universe has something against me...
