Flour Power

I've been watching this building burgeon over the industrial area where where we take our vehicles for service for a couple of years. I took the van for MOT today and Ollie dog and I went for a walk while the work was being done. I've discovered that it is a state-of-the-art flour mill and production has commenced. It's owned by the Wright family. George Reynolds Wright started milling in Ponders End in 1867. The facility looked fantastic in the bright sunshine this morning.
