The Road Home

A lovely day with some sunshine, most welcome after a very wet and grey week.
Decided to walk the old road from our village as every field and path are saturated.
Went to the bank where l usually see some snowdrops and they were just making a welcome appearance.
None near enough to get a decent shot so l’ve put it in extras.
Decided to go further and see the alpacas but they were just having their dinner under a tree.
Came back the same way and took my photograph.
No snow on the moors either.
Got home and it started to rain so l was fortunate.
Halloumi and roast root veg for dinner, just deciding whether to open a bottle of red, well it is the weekend.
