Give Me Caffeine....

The last time I looked at the clock was 5.05am so another sleepless night. 

This afternoon I met a friend for  a walk and got coffee (without milk for me!). 
The thing people don't understand is that it didn't make me feel better. Going for a walk or doing something you normally like doesn't help (me) when you are in a depressive episode. You just do it, go through the motions.
