Saturday

The usual difficult sleepless night.
Woke feeling sick, took my antacid tablet and anti sickness and it eventually calmed.
Another day on the sofa, watching rubbish tv. I can't concentrate on anything so flicking channels constantly. I can't wait to get out of here, watch no tv and enjoy a big walk.
My flowers are well past the best but I have no energy or strength to deal with them.
