Foggy gorge

8 mile Saturday run listening to Louis Theroux.

I could see the mist from above as I ran around the Downs and then from below as I ran down the Gorge.

Not feeling the full 100% today but it was good to be out on a beautiful morning.

Louis Theroux was interviewing Oliver Stone which was interesting enough and then he met Ruby Wax, who is very complex but, again, interesting to listen to.

I need to force myself to listen to different viewpoints more often. There's a whole world out there!
