Back blip
Busy with work at the moment and so having to back blip.  Having a very weak trainee is taking up more time than it really should.  

Managed to get a short walk during the day during a break from online teaching. 

More Peking duck for dinner again.  Not doing great on the cooking front this week, but we'll get back on track again.
