Back blip

Work, quick walk squeezed in during the day and then walked to Rasoi Indian for a take away dinner.  We need to be more organised next week with cooking.  It was delicious though and enough for my lunch the next day too. 

Our weak trainee seemed a bit more prepared today for his lesson tomorrow.  Let's see.
