Striking a pose

Interesting outfits to choose when it’s 32 degrees. Not sure how much money they made for their efforts but they were certainly a change from the jugglers that stand at many of our intersections.

Early doors we headed off to pick up a table for the Emmarentia house. It fitted in the truck fine but having a loose glass top made the drive to drop it off sedate to say the least.

Arnie’s tennis was delayed to later in the afternoon to avoid the heat of midday. Not sure how much it helped as it was still 30 degrees at 7pm. The heatwave is soon to leave us though as a cyclone is hitting Zim and Mozambique with disaster management centres being established in many areas, particularly in the Kruger. Let’s hope it’s not as bad as the forecast indicates.
