Snow!

The promised snow arrived, so we made the most of it by getting out early for a walk. I'm glad we did as we were out while it was snowing heavily - later the sun came out and it started melting. It will be very icy in the morning though so I don't think I'll be out for a walk before work tomorrow.

The rest of the day was spent watching the birds in the garden and another lazy afternoon. We've bought Gone with the Wind to watch - over several sessions - so we started that this afternoon. It's over the top (and there are now warnings at the start about the treatment of race in the film) but it's still a damn good watch!
