Sourdough

I’m having another go at making a sourdough starter. I’m only on my second day so it’s early stages yet but fingers crossed.

The snow has now melted a lot but it’s still quite icy in places so we only had a short lunchtime stroll today. But the sunshine has been much appreciated!
