Another sprinkling of snow

I walked a different walk up to the cemetery through the Heath.  It's a steep walk and did my heart good.

At the top of the walk this interesting mix of trees, grass and snow made for an interesting landscape photo.

I then got perishing cold trying to take photos of a flock of Redwing which were always too far away and in poor light. Extra photo was as good as it got.

I had to scrape lots of ice off the car as we had to do an unplanned M&S Supermarket run when our delivery ( from a Waitrose, Buxton) was not delivered because their driver wasn't able to get from home at Leek.  We had the option of driving to Buxton to collect our order but I didn't fancy it in poor conditions. We were happy with Chips for tea !

Watched the football  Man United 3 Liverpool 2.   It must have been a good match because I watch 80 minutes of it ( the most I have managed for a long time )
