Into the woods

Tricksy wild beasts of Aberdeenshire.

A little wild boar dreaming of bigger things, a disheveled but fixated owl, a wild hairy bearded man helping me with a woodland assignment and a squidgy red squirrel, that will no doubt be double the size tomorrow, only to disappear to the eye next week.

No real beasts sighted, but plenty moss, lichen and fungus just hanging about, doing their thing, riding the waves of the frost.
