I was up early and thankfully the lurgy has mostly passes, apart from some pressure in my middle ear.
I took my car into get a service and MOT. Walked to mums with some shopping then into town where I took this photo.
My car failed the MOT , needing 2 front tyres. They have to order the tyres in so I will get my car back tomorrow.
In the afternoon I got a phone call from Edinburgh Royal Neurosurgery asking me to have my spinal surgery on the 9th Feb. Needing to self isolate from tomorrow !!
It put me into a real panic ! .... not enough time to get sorted , Andy to come up , stop my classes again, get my mum sorted , all in the middle of a pandemic... and most striking is my mental health feels too fragile to cope with it just now. I still am depressed and that’s with an increase in meds recently.
I talked it over with my close circle of family / friends and it’s agreed I will phone up and ask if surgery can be delayed. Wish me luck .
