2018-03-28 (Day 087) Running On The Canal

Ah, I do like pictures of me where you can't actually see me :-)

This was me running along the canal this afternoon, continuing on with the training programme. Well, I did warn you that there would be an increasing number of running-related pictures; I don't have time for anything else!
