Neighbours

I've often photographed these houses but usually I include the lake in front, and /or sometimes a sunset and the sky above.
Today I was borrowing Jan's camera, which has a longer zoom than mine, and I rather liked the way the buildings nestled together when I telephotoed in from the the other side of the lake.
There are actually two households here. The house and the barn at the back are one property, and the four buildings in the foreground another.
The flat area in the foreground is the edge of the lake, frozen and covered in snow.
